Shipping & Returns
Dispatch and delivery times, shipping costs, and how returns and refunds work.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery is handled by Australia Post and our courier partners.
- Standard: typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location
- Express: typically 1–3 business days, available at checkout
Remote and regional areas may take longer. These are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.
Free standard shipping on orders over A$100.
Returns — change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unopened, unused and in original, resalable condition.
For health and safety reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on consumable products (such as supplements, vitamins and milk powder) once they've been opened or the seal is broken. This doesn't affect your rights for faulty items below.
Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within a reasonable time — ideally within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items — with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return postage.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item or resolving your claim. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
