These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from Real Aussie Goods, operated by CPL International Group Pty Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About our products

We're an Australian retailer of genuine health, wellness and beauty products sourced from authorised Australian suppliers. Product descriptions, images and information are a general guide and, where they relate to the product itself, are based on information supplied by the manufacturer.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always read the label and follow the directions for use, and consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement — particularly if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and we'll refund any payment already taken.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, promotions and stock availability can change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

We take care to price products correctly, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and your consumer rights

Our returns process is described on the Shipping & Returns page. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, logos, graphics and images — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any product is limited to (at our option) replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or refunding the price you paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
